Descripción de la oferta

The ideal person will be a driven, passionate, self-starter who is able to develop innovative and effective approaches to solve our most critical business.

The role will be based in the Málaga head office with a remote working policy of 1 day per week.

Objectives of this role

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, ads, email marketing, content and social media)
  • Work with and manage the digital presence
  • Manage the relationship, follow up with the different agencies
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the strategy on social media, emails, and other channels of digital communication
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets

Requisitos

Skills and qualifications

  • Online media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • Proactivity
  • Capacity to manage and coordinate a team

Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy
  • Focus on sales
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
