Key Responsibilities
As a Strategic Analyst, you will work closely with the Strategy team and support the company’s growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
o Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer behaviors, and industry dynamics
o Support the identification of market opportunities and competitive threats
2. Competitive Intelligence:
o Research and evaluate the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
o Monitor emerging trends and innovations in the industry
3. Support Strategic Projects:
o Assist in the execution of key strategic initiatives, including:
Market analysis
Value proposition assessments
Analysis of whitespace opportunities
o Collaborate on cross-functional projects with internal teams
4. Data-Driven Insights:
o Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights effectively
o Contribute to strategic recommendations with actionable insights
5. Continuous Learning:
o Stay updated on industry developments and strategic tools
o Leverage new methodologies and technologies to enhance analysis quality
Qualifications Mandatory Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in strategic analysis, consulting, or a related field.
o Preferred backgrounds:
Strategic consulting firms (e.g., junior roles in McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)
Strategy or business analysis roles in fast-growing companies
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Desirable:
Knowledge of Portuguese or additional languages
Experience with data visualization and storytelling tools
Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields
